Skills & Drills session offers students a chance to practice and hone their skills they have learned in previous classes. We will cover previous concepts and quick refreshers, but put the focus on trigger time and reps on the plate racks along with drills such as Bill Drill and El Presidente. Students will be able to track their times to set a benchmark or see progression. We offer this class regularly to help build a solid training foundation and recommend students to join us as often as they can.
