Our Illinois Concealed Carry License (CCL) recertification class consists of classroom instruction, Recertification test and re discussion on all the topics mandated by the Illinois State Police (ISP) to renew your Illinois Concealed Carry License. 
 
Our CCL renewal class is comprised of one 4 hour session from 1pm - 4:30pm at DSArms
 
Session - 4 Hours 
All applicable State and Federal laws relating to the ownership, storage, carry, and transportation of a firearm
Interaction in this portion of the class is encouraged and is taught by a subject matter expert
Practical range exercises
Primer to the importance of mental conditioning, tactical thought process in conjunction with one’s mechanical knowledge and the realities of operating under the influence of stress
Illinois law and FOID Act
Use of force principles
Legal use of force decision making exercises
     4 hours total

Handgun

Belt and Holster- MUST HAVE AN OUTSIDE THE WAISTBAND HOLSTER. No inside the waistband holsters are permitted.

Magazine Pouch and Magazines- At least 3 magazines with 10 round capacity are required.

Ammunition - a minimum of 100 rounds is needed

Ear and Eye Protection

Equipment required: All students must have the required equipment to attend the class.
